Peter Goulding

Peter Goulding lives on the outskirts of Dublin and blogs about football, poetry and lighthouses.
He has been published in Revival, Boyne Berries and other books, anthologies and publications. His own book of humorous verse, A Flash of Orange, came out in 2009.
Peter won the Percy French Prize for Humorous Verse at the Strokestown International Poetry Festival in 2008 and has been shortlisted there on a number of occasions. He was BAFFLE Bard in 2009.
Only a poet of overwhelming humility could possibly have said the following:
“Enraptured by BAFFLE after my first visit to the festival in 2008, I became a member and then accidentally won the damned thing in 2009. Despite this fifteen minutes of fame, I have no practical talents whatsoever”.
