Oliver McNally

Ollie is one of the founding members of BAFFLE. Like lots of people in the group he particularly likes the ‘craic’. His poems have been featured in a number of the past BAFFLE books. A fan of W.B. Yeats but his favourite poem is by Spike Milligan and goes thus:
“My name is Fred Fernackapan
I wander through the town
Sometimes with my trousers up
And sometimes with them down."
You can judge his sense of humour from this! A lot of his time is now spent fly-fishing. Ollie is well known to all who have attended the annual October Festival as he featured for many years as the Master of Ceremonies on the Gala Evening. Known to crack a joke or two!
